HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
To ensure the safety of travelers, the property have implemented a guidelines under the "new normal".

A health declaration form is filled up upon check in . This is a form that guest fill up and declare their current health condition and travel history for the last 14 days.

Online Payment is Encouraged. Online payment is not necessarily required, you can book online through websites.

Temperature Check. Hotel still needs to check guest temperature upon check in. Guests who has fever like symptoms may be referred to the doctor or a health response team and can't enter the establishments.

Sanitation. Disinfecting of shoes upon entering the premise is required. Mats are being provided at the entrance.

Social Distancing. Hotel strictly observe physical distancing. Guest and staff should be at least one meter apart. Mingling with tenants is not encouraged. There will be also no sharing of food or any belongings and when eating, tables must accommodate a capacity of 50% only.

Wearing face mask and face shield. Following the safety and sanitation procedure is highly encouraged.

Accommodation. Maximum capacity allowed on rooms is up to double occupancy. Family members in the same household are allowed to be together. Space for in-room dining must also be implemented.

Meals. Proper washing of hands before and after eating is important. Self service and buffet service are not encouraged under the new normal. The grab and go station is available where guest can pick up the breakfast and ordered foods.

Shuttle Service. 50% capacity of the passengers is strictly encourage to avoid spread of virus.
